How long will it take to receive my order?

All items excluding curtains and pillows will ship in 1-3 business days.  Curtains and pillows can take up to 7-10 business days to ship.

What will happen if my purchase is out of stock?

In the event that something your purchased is not in stock, you will receive an immediate refund for any out of stock items.  If the item can ship within two weeks of your order date, we may hold the order and ship once in stock.  Orders over 2 weeks will be refunded.

How do I receive Free Shipping?

Any orders over $50 will receive free shipping.  All orders under $50 will have USPS calculated shipping rates as well as a $6.95 flat rate option.

What is CoCo B.’s return policy and what will I need to do?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all the products CoCo B. offers.  Attentions to design, materials, detail, and construction are our upmost priority.  We carefully inspect all items prior to your shipment.  Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, and we will arrange for replacement.  If within 30 days you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund of the purchase price.  NOTE:  Upholstery fabric and fabric swatches are considered custom products and cannot be returned.  Please contact us at returns@cocobhome.com with the following information to successfully return product.

  • Order Number
  • Contact information for return
  • Item number you wish to return
  • Reason for return

One of our customer service specialists will respond back to you within 24 hours of your email with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your product.  Upon receipt of the returned product CoCo B. will process your returned items.  You should receive the credit within 3-5 business days after receipt.

Since CoCo B. offers such a great free shipping program, we do not pay for your return shipments coming back to CoCo B.  However, we will send you a return shipment label for any products that were shipped in error.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Due to our mission to provide you quality products in the quickest time possible, your order may have already been processed.  We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed after you have had it placed online.

Will CoCo B. ship outside of the United States?

At this time we cannot process any shipments outside of the United States.  We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Will CoCo B. hold an order and ship at a later date?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold orders and ship at a later date.  Many of our products change throughout the year so that we can offer you a variety of quality products that will make CoCo B. your one destination for home décor essentials and accents.  Because of this, we will not hold orders and ship.  If you like the product get it before it’s gone!

What form of payment does CoCo B. accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

I want to make sure all the kitchen collection pieces will match.  How can I make sure that my choices will coordinate?

Any product under the kitchen collection and the tea towel collection has the same color codes; therefore, they will coordinate.  For example: The solid color red pot holder will match the solid ribbed red placemat, as well as the waffle weave red towel or the windowpane red towel.
