How long does it take my order to ship?

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days.**COVID UPDATE** Upholstery fabric and multi-use fabric are currently operating on a 10-14 business day lead time.  If an order should take longer, we will be in touch with you.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking information included.  If you sign up for text and email, you will also receive notifications when the shipment is out for delivery.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once your order leaves our facility we have no control on where it is or how long it will take for you to receive it.  COVID has impacted all carriers and it is common for there to be delays and lack of tracking updates,. 

You can continue to track your package through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

What is the cost of shipping?

All orders  over $50 will ship for free, with the exception of upholstery and multi use fabric.

Any order under $50 has a flat fee of $6.95.

All fabric swatches ship for free.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return my order?

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all the products CoCo B. offers.  Attentions to design, materials, detail, and construction are our upmost priority.  We carefully inspect all items prior to your shipment.  Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage, and we will arrange for replacement.  If within 30 days you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a refund of the purchase price.  NOTE:  Upholstery fabric and fabric swatches are considered custom products and cannot be returned.  Please contact us at with the following information to successfully return product.Order NumberContact information for returnItem number you wish to returnReason for returnOne of our customer service specialists will respond back to you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your product.  Upon receipt of the returned product CoCo B. will process your returned items minus $5.95 shipping charge.

How can I cancel my order?

Due to our mission to provide you quality products in the quickest time possible, your order may have already been processed.  We cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or changed after you have had it placed online.**UPHOLSTERY AND MULTI-USE FABRIC**  This is considered a custom product and cannot be cancelled unless the product is out of stock.Please contact us at to see if changes or cancellations are possible.In the event that we cannot cancel or change the order and it shipped to you, please see our returns page for information on how to return your unwanted purchases.

Upholstery and Multi-Use Fabric

CoCo B. does not accept returns on fabrics that are sold by the yard since a cut fabric is considered a custom product.We offer samples of our "sold by the yard" fabrics to ensure that you know what you are getting before it arrives.  We insist that you see a sample locally or by getting one from us. You should never buy fabric based on a computer image. We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. Please be aware that fabric colors can vary from one computer to another. The color, brightness and contrast settings may vary. The fabrics on CoCo B. Kitchen & Home are as accurate as possible.Fabric manufacturers produce many variations of the same fabrics. The size of the pattern, construction, and color lots may vary. If there are any questions, please ask before you place your purchase.


I need to change something on my order

What happens after I place my order?

You will get an order confirmation email once the order is placed.  Once we process the order and ship you will receive a follow up email with tracking information.

What happens if my order is out of stock?

If a product is out of stock on your order and we cannot fulfill the order within 10 business days we will cancel the order.  You will receive an email confirmation of the refund once processed.

If we are out of stock on an upholstery fabric or multi-use fabric we will email you with an estimated lead time.  You have the choice at that time to keep the order open or cancel the order for a full refund.

Product Questions

Where is my product made?

You can find the country of origin on every product page.  The majority of our products are manufacturer in India.

I want to make sure all the kitchen collection pieces will match. How can I make sure that my choices will coordinate?

Any product under the kitchen collection and the tea towel collection has the same color codes; therefore, they will coordinate.  For example: The solid color red pot holder will match the solid ribbed red placemat, as well as the waffle weave red towel or the windowpane red towel.

What is the care instructions for the products?

You can find care instructions on every product page. 

Will my towels shrink?

The majority of the towels on this site are 100% cotton or have cotton in the content.  There will always be shrinkage with cotton products.  Be sure to follow the manufacturer's care instructions to minimize any shrinkage.

What is the content of the product?

You can find all content make up of any product on the product page of the item.
