How long does it take my order to ship?

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once your order leaves our facility we have no control on where it is or how long it will take for you to receive it. COVID has impacted all carriers and it is common for there to be delays and lack of tracking updates,.
You can continue to track your package through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

How can I return my order?
Something is wrong with my order.
Oh no! Let's get that taken care of right away!
Did you receive a wrong product or something was damaged during shipment? Please email us at email@example.com. We will get that taken care of right away.
How can I cancel my order?
I entered in the wrong information and need to change it!
Ah! That's no good!
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and the correct information that needs to be on the order.
I would like to exchange product?
Cool, send us a quick note at email@example.com with:
- the order number
- the product you would like to return
- the product you would like to receive
We will respond back with further instructions.

What happens after I place my order?
What happens if my order is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock on your order and we cannot fulfill the order within 10 business days we will cancel the order. You will receive an email confirmation of the refund once processed.
If we are out of stock on an upholstery fabric or multi-use fabric we will email you with an estimated lead time. You have the choice at that time to keep the order open or cancel the order for a full refund.
Where is my product made?
I want to make sure all the kitchen collection pieces will match. How can I make sure that my choices will coordinate?
What is the care instructions for the products?
Will my towels shrink?
